Respect the queue
Join only when you can play the full match. Leaving without a valid reason can lead to temporary queue restrictions.
Follow the match flow
When the room opens, complete map vote, captain pick, warmup and server connection steps without delaying other players.
Communicate normally
Toxicity, spam and harassment can be punished by moderators. Keep voice and chat useful for the match.
Report issues properly
Use contact or admin channels with match ID, screenshots and clear details. Do not start public drama in the lobby.
